Ben Jeon
Chiropractor
B.ChiroSc, M.Chiro

Ben is an experienced Chiropractor dedicated to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. As part of the team at Hills Physio Care and Allied Health, Ben works closely with our physiotherapists to provide evidence-informed chiropractic care that combines precise spinal and joint adjustments with personalised rehabilitation and exercise programs.
Ben believes that lasting recovery comes from more than just relieving pain. By combining hands-on chiropractic treatment with customised exercise rehabilitation, he helps restore movement, improve stability, correct posture, and prevent future injuries.
Ben has extensive experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including back pain, neck pain, lower back pain, mid-back stiffness, poor posture, headaches, sports injuries, and joint dysfunction. Every treatment plan is tailored to each individual's lifestyle, goals, and physical needs.
Beyond general spinal health, Ben has a specialized interest in:
-
Headaches & Migraines: Addressing the cervical (neck) and muscular triggers of chronic head pain.
-
TMJ (Jaw) Dysfunction: A holistic approach to relieving jaw pain, tension and clicking, and restoring proper posture and breathing pattern.
-
Running & Sports Injuries: Biomechanics analysis to identify and strengthen weak links for recurrent knee, hip, or lower back niggles and optimise your performance and longevity.
-
Seniors’ Health & Mobility: Gentle, effective exercise prescription to improve your balance and strength and maintain your physical capability and wellness.
Ben believes every patient deserves individualised care. By taking the time to understand each person's body, lifestyle, and goals, he develops personalised treatment plans that focus on long-term results rather than temporary symptom relief.
Ben proudly provides professional chiropractic care in Castle Hill and the Hills District, helping patients recover from pain, improve movement, and achieve their health and wellness goals.

Outside the Clinic
When he’s not helping patients, Ben is likely testing his limits on the mats practicing Judo, winding down with a great book, or chasing after his baby son, Joshua. He is also the clinic’s unofficial master barista—so feel free to ask him for his top coffee-brewing tips at your next visit!
